The Yoiker  -The Academic

Ánde Som6y the Yoiker has been a yoiker all his life. He has been doing yoiks within the tradition as well as within innovation.

Ánde Som6y the academic has been focused on the Rhetoric of Law. He has been looking at how legal norms and legal institutions meet the indigenous peoples. He is an associate professor at the Faculty of law at UiT, The Norwegian Arctic University. He has background as an attourney, assistant judge and as a senior executive at the Ministery of Municipal Affairs
